DIETS......

In our country most of the people are not having a good diet nowadays. Having a good diet are very important to ours body to maintains a good health. In some many thing that we having the most important thing is our health. Some of the people said that if u are having a health u only will become wealth and that is true. We need to have a good body to work hard to become wealthy. And now I will talk about how to have a good diet to maintain the health.

How to having a good diet in very easy but it have a lot of thing that we need to be aware. First, we need to have a lot of vitamin and zinc to give us what the body needed. There for we need to choose a diet that includes plenty of fruit, vegetables and starchy carbohydrate food, with fish and daily produce to provide easily digestible protein. We need to have a lot of this kind of food because it will give us to maintain our body health. However, we also need to aware the food that contains high cholesterol and fats. If we having too much of high cholesterol and fats foot in our diet and our body will become fat easily and will come to have many type of illness such as diabetes, high blood pressure and etc. and it will affect our body health.

In my conclusion, all the people must have a good diet to maintain the body health. That are also have many ways to have a good diet but u need to choose the best and the way you feel good to have your diet.
