Home cooking are better than convenience food

Now a day many people are busy in their work and because they don’t have time to prepare their meal and they just simple buy some convenience food to become their meals. First of all, did everyone knows that what is mean convenience food? Convenience food means food that you buy frozen or in a box or can, that you can prepare and cook very quickly. In my opinion, home cooking are always better then convenience food. However, home cooking food are not only fresh than the convenience food but also the amount of ingredient is suitable of the different age of people.

First benefit is that the home cooking foods are more fresh than the convenience food because if you are cooking the food to your family or yourself, you will definitely use the fresh ingredient to cook your meals. However, the convenience food are added some chemical to prevent the food become spoil and extent the lifespan of the food. There for, the food will become not fresh and if we consume the food as long term, ours body will not get enough vitamin that we need. Thus, ours body will easy fall sick when don’t enough vitamins.
In addition, the ingredient of convenience food are mostly contain high cholesterol ingredient. For example, the convenience foods always have contains high MSG (monosodium glutamate), high sugar and high salt. The reason is because they wanted to make the food to become tastily.

However, all ingredients that contain high cholesterol are not suitable to oldest person to consume. The reason is because the high cholesterol food will directly affect the health of the oldest people. The they have too high of cholesterol will easily raise up the blood pressure and become high blood pressure, therefore this is a kind of dangerous food for the old person.
In my summary, home cooking foods are definitely contain much more benefit than convenience food instance of freshness, ingredient and vitamin of food. At last, I recommend that no matter how busy you are, try to cook for your family and try to cut down the convenience food to become your meals.
